Who we are

JTS Solutions (“JTS,” “we,” “us”) provides business automation services to local businesses in New Jersey, New York City, and Pennsylvania. This policy explains what information we collect through solutionsfromjts.com (the “Site”) and how we use it. You can reach us at solutionsfromjts@gmail.com.

Information we collect

  • Information you send us. If you email us or book a call, we receive what you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, and anything you tell us about your needs.
  • Booking information. Calls are scheduled through Calendly. Calendly collects the details you enter when booking and shares them with us. Calendly’s own privacy policy applies to that information.
  • Calculator inputs. The revenue calculator runs in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to us or stored on our servers.
  • Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and the font provider, Google Fonts, receive standard technical information when your browser loads the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested.
  • Browser storage. The Site saves your light or dark theme choice in your own browser (local storage). It stays on your device and is not used to track you.

What we do not do

The Site does not currently use advertising pixels or analytics cookies, and it does not sell your personal information. If that changes, we will update this policy before the change takes effect.

How we use information

  • To respond to your messages and run scheduled calls.
  • To prepare quotes and deliver services you ask for.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
  • To meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business (such as Calendly, Cloudflare, Google, and our email provider), when the law requires it, or with your permission. These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Text messaging

If we set up text messaging for you or your customers, consent to receive texts is collected separately and described in that setup, including how to opt out (for example, by replying STOP). Visiting the Site does not sign you up for any text messages.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, such as the time it takes to respond to you and to keep business records. You can ask us to delete information sooner, subject to anything we must keep by law.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email solutionsfromjts@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor valid requests.

Children

The Site is meant for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
